Installation
Three steps, in this order. The third one is the one people forget.
- Pick your modulesIn the app, on the Plan tab. A module you haven't turned on shows up nowhere: not in the menu, not on your store. Every module comes with a 3-day free trial.
- Set them upEach module has its own screen, and the Home page tells you which one still needs something from you.
- Add the blocks to your themeEach module's Add to my theme button opens the theme editor with the block already added to your product page. Drag it next to the Add to cart button if needed, then save. Until a block is in place, the product page shows nothing, even if everything is perfectly set up.
Adding a block manually
Online Store → Themes → Customize, open a product template, click Add block, then pick the Delivery Countdown & Drop group. Your theme must be an Online Store 2.0 theme for app blocks to be available.
None of your theme files are modified. Removing a block is all it takes to remove the app from a product page.
Pricing
Plans and billing
$5 per module per month, or $10 for all three, after a 3-day free trial. No commitment: pay only for what you use.
- 1 module$5per month
- 2 modules$10per month
- All 3 modules$10per month, instead of $15
- The trial gives you the full module. Nothing is charged before the 3 days are up. The trial applies once per store: a module added during the trial gets the days that are left, and resubscribing after canceling doesn't restart it.
- Shopify collects the payment, not us. The charge appears on your Shopify bill. We never see any payment details.
- One subscription. Shopify allows only one per app: three modules make a single $10 subscription, not three separate charges. Adding or removing a module replaces the subscription, and Shopify asks you to approve the new amount. The unused part of the old one is credited: you never pay twice.
- Canceling doesn't delete anything. The module leaves your storefront, but your rules, tracked products and settings stay in place: resubscribe and it's back on your storefront without re-entering a thing.
Cancellation takes effect immediately and the current month isn't refunded: that's how Shopify billing works, not our decision.
Module 01
Delivery Countdown
A shopping experience on par with the biggest marketplaces. The time left before your order cutoff, and the delivery date that follows from it, right under the buy button.
- Cutoff time and lead time: on the Delivery tab. Dates are calculated in your store's time zone, never the visitor's.
- Weekends: turn on Skip weekends and an order placed over the weekend ships on Monday.
- Appearance: eight palettes, spacing and icons, with a preview using real dates.
- Fine-tuning: an exact date instead of a range, and reassurance lines with your own numbers.
What your customers see
The dates shown are estimates. The countdown disappears once the cutoff has passed, rather than showing dates that are no longer accurate.
Module 02
Drop
Turn your drops into an event your customers look forward to. A sold-out product announces its comeback instead of just saying "Sold out."
Two modes
- Drop with countdown: the stock is in, but the sale stays closed. A countdown shows, and when it ends, the sale opens and the alerts go out at the same moment.
- Drop without countdown: stock comes back, the sale reopens and alerts go out right away.
Setting it up
- Choose the products: Drop module → Add products. Only those products get this behavior; the rest of your catalog keeps your theme's default behavior.
- Shared settings: on the Back on sale tab. The default mode, and the countdown length applied to products without a date.
- Product by product: the Customise button. The mode, the messages, and the back-on-sale date.
- The banner's look: on the Look tab, with a preview of both states.
What your customers see
The date is the one you enter. The app doesn't guess it.
Theme block Drop, placed above the add-to-cart form, which it replaces while customers wait.
Included with Drop
Back-in-stock alerts
A "notify me" form on the sold-out variants of your tracked products.
- Turn on email: Drop → Alerts tab. Sender name, reply-to address, and the text of the email and the form.
- Test it: Send myself a test sends a sample to your store's email address.
- Follow up: customers waiting, customers notified, click rate, and a log of every send with the reason for each failure.
- Export: Export sign-ups (CSV) gives you the complete list. They're your customers.
When the email goes out
Only when Shopify confirms the stock is back: immediately without a countdown, when the countdown ends with one. One email per sign-up, with an unsubscribe link. The form tells customers exactly what they're signing up for: this restock, and no marketing list.
Theme block Drop, Back-in-stock alert, under the add-to-cart button. It only shows on sold-out variants of tracked products.
Module 03
Urgency Stock Badge
Nudge your visitors to order quickly. A message that follows your real inventory, without editing products one by one.
- Create a rule: Urgency Stock Badge module → New rule. A stock range, a message, an emoji, a color. The preview shows exactly what your theme will display.
- The
{qty}placeholder is replaced with the real quantity: "Only {qty} left in stock" becomes "Only 3 left in stock." - Overlapping ranges: only one badge shows at a time. The highest priority wins; at equal priority, the narrowest range wins.
- Pausing a rule removes it from your storefront without deleting it.
What your customers see
The badge reads the stock of the selected variant and updates when the customer switches sizes, with no page reload.
A product that's sold out or waiting to go back on sale hides its badge: the Drop banner already has the page covered.
Troubleshooting
When nothing shows up
Check in this order: it's almost always one of these four.
- The block isn't in placeon the product template. By far the most common cause.
- The module isn't coveredNo trial running and no active subscription in Plan. A closed module leaves your storefront, with its settings kept.
- Nothing is set upNo active badge rule, no tracked product, or the delivery widget was never saved. The app's Home page will flag it.
- The product doesn't meet the conditionIts stock is outside the configured range, or it isn't sold out.
Everything checks out and the product page is still blank? Email us: at that point, the cause is almost always a metafield definition that wasn't created.

What the app doesn't do
Better to say it here than have you find out along the way.
- No SMS or WhatsApp. Back-in-stock alerts go out by email only.
- No direct connection to any logistics tool. The app reads the stock in your Shopify store, as your tools put it there.
- No guaranteed delivery dates. The lead times shown are the ones you set, presented as estimates.
- No tracking of your visitors. Only customers who request an alert leave an email address, kept for that send and erased when you uninstall the app. See the privacy policy.
